A New Way to Connect in Rome
Rome is full of great bars and nightlife, but starting a conversation with someone you don’t know isn’t always easy.
Maybe you’ve noticed a group of travellers at another table. Maybe someone just sang your favourite song during karaoke. Or maybe you’d simply like to meet new people without the awkward first approach.
That’s why Trinity College Pub created Digital Messaging Night.
A fun and interactive experience that combines karaoke, great drinks and digital messaging to help people connect in a relaxed and natural way.
How Does It Work?
Using Trinity’s digital messaging platform, guests can send messages directly to other tables throughout the night.
Want to compliment someone’s karaoke performance? Looking for new friends to join your group? Interested in meeting fellow travellers, Erasmus students or expats?
Just send a message and start the conversation.
💬 Simple, fun and completely different from a typical night out.
More Than Just Karaoke
Digital Messaging Night takes place alongside Trinity’s popular karaoke nights, creating the perfect atmosphere for meeting new people.
As the music plays and the pub fills with energy, the messaging platform adds a new social element to the evening.
You can:
- Send messages to other tables
- React to karaoke performances
- Meet people from around the world
- Start conversations without leaving your seat
- Turn a normal night out into something memorable
Meet People from Everywhere
One of the things that makes Trinity special is its international crowd.
Every week, travellers, Erasmus students, expats and locals come together for live sports, karaoke, drinks and good company.
🌍 Digital Messaging Night makes it even easier to connect with people from different countries and backgrounds.
You never know who you’ll meet.
Break the Ice
Approaching strangers isn’t always easy.
Digital Messaging Night removes some of that pressure and replaces it with something much more natural: a simple message.
A joke. A compliment. A song request. A friendly hello.
Sometimes that’s all it takes to start a conversation.
